Jordan Belkin, RN, MPH, DSc

Jordan Belkin, RN, MPH, DSc, is a healthcare executive with extensive expertise in public health response, contingent workforce mobilization, and rapid response to biological and system-wide administrative crises. Throughout his career, he has advised some of the nation’s most prestigious hospitals and healthcare organizations, with a particular focus on workforce strategy, operational resilience, and infection prevention.

His clients include; The Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, Cedars-Sinai, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, UCLA Medical Center, NYU Langone Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Yale New Haven Hospital, among many others.

Belkin began his career in clinical practice as a Registered Nurse in thoracic oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he received the Bronstein Foundation’s highest honor in 2006. He later served as a trauma and emergency room nurse at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. In 2008, he was appointed Director of Clinical Compliance for a national contingent workforce firm. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief of Infection Control and Prevention for that same organization.

Belkin holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The George Washington University and a Doctor of Science (DSc) in Infectious Diseases and Public Health. He is a board-certified infectious disease epidemiologist (CIC), and a diplomate of the American Academy for Infection Control (www.aaicp.org).

He resides in New Jersey with his two dogs, Ruby and Scooter, and occasionally with his three children when they visit home from college-- something he greatly looks forward to.
